Senior Application Support Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled individual to join our organization as a Senior Application Support Engineer. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in supporting, troubleshooting, and optimizing applications built on .NET or PHP, along with SQL databases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide end-to-end support for applications built on .NET or PHP.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application, database, and server-related issues.
  • Perform debugging, performance tuning, and deployment activities.
  • Work with WAMP stack (Windows, Apache, MySQL, PHP) environments.
  • Manage Windows Server OS, including configuration, monitoring, and patching.
  • Create and maintain documentation across all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle.
  • Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and business teams to ensure application availability and reliability.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in application support with .NET or PHP.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
  • Familiarity with WAMP stack and related technologies.
  • Good understanding of Windows Server administration.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.

Nice to Have:

  • Exposure to both .NET and PHP environments.
  • Experience in performance monitoring tools and automated deployment processes.
