This position involves overseeing warehouse operations to ensure efficient receipt, storage and dispatch of goods.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete warehouse activities within set time limits and meet defined performance targets.
  • Manage the processing of orders for delivery or pickup.
  • Have a thorough understanding of warehouse processes including GRN, FIFO, LIFO and stock management.
  • Conduct regular audits of stock levels to maintain high accuracy.
  • Prepare and submit reports on warehouse activity.
  • Ensure adherence to health, safety and administrative guidelines and procedures.
  • Coordinate with transporters and courier partners for dispatches and returns.
  • Generate documentation as required by law.
  • Collaborate with internal teams.

Required Skills:

  • Experience: 2-5 years in a similar role at an e-commerce/fulfillment centre.
  • Knowledge of WMS/SAP ERP systems is an asset.
  • Graduate degree, proficiency in MS Office and Google Docs.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and flexibility to work six days per week.
