Job Overview:

  • We are seeking an experienced business finance professional to lead our finance and planning operations.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning, as well as excellent leadership and analytical skills.

About the Role:

  • You will be responsible for managing the budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning process, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual results, recommending cost reduction strategies to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with executive teams and department heads to align operational priorities with company mission, vision, values, and direction.
  • Analyze actuals against budget/forecast to inform decision-making and provide stakeholders with timely, detailed, and meaningful insights on business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning process.
  2. Forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual results.
  3. Interact regularly with executive teams and department heads.
  4. Lead business partnering support through analytics.
  5. Analyze actuals against budget/forecast.
  6. Provide stakeholders with timely, detailed, and meaningful insights on business performance.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills:

  • Masters degree in business administration in finance from a top-ranked business school or certified accountant (CA).
  • 10+ years of experience in managing similar roles.
  • Clear understanding and maintain a detailed knowledge of sales and revenue drivers.
  • Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills.
  • Strong interpersonal communication and team management abilities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in financial analysis.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
