Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Functional Consultant to lead and support Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation implementations.

  • Conduct requirement workshops and map business processes
  • Identify as-is vs. to-be processes and design optimized solutions
  • Build and review functional design documents, enhancements, reports, and integrations
  • Configure scenarios and deliver real business impact
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on full lifecycle projects

Requirements:

  • 8-12 years of Oracle HCM Cloud Functional experience
  • Deep expertise in Compensation (Functional SME level)
  • Strong understanding of business processes and compensation summary
  • Proven experience in full-cycle implementation projects
  • Ability to manage both small and large teams effectively
