
Business Development Strategist

Job Summary
">- Develop and execute annual business development strategies for corporate services segment in food services space.
- Drive revenue growth from new large accounts and existing clients within segment.
- Strategic: Develop business development plan for segment, set business development targets, identify new growth opportunities, support strategy team in tapping new growth opportunities effectively, provide insights on possible key accounts to target for developmental sales, analyse competitive landscape and provide strategic insights to marketing department.
- Financial: Support head of business development in formulating annual budget, undertake monthly/quarterly budget reviews, monitor performance of segment against targets, monitor contract deviations with regard to account P&L, adherence to minimum GOP targets.
- Operational: Drive acquisition of large accounts by guiding design of quality of life solutions, aggressively market sodexo value proposition, drive growth and penetration in new and existing clients, establish relationships with potential large clients through regular interactions with key decision makers.
- People: Ensure team is adequately staffed, ensure timely goal setting, monitoring, review of performance parameters and feedback to team members, oversee capability building for team, mentor and coach subordinates to develop their capabilities and build succession pipeline for role.
Requirements
">- 10+ years of sales experience.
