  4. Market Analysis and Lead Generation: Conduct market research to identify potential franchise opportunities and industry trends. Build a pipeline of prospective partners.
  5. Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with franchise partners. Ensure a positive experience.
  6. Reporting and Strategy: Provide regular updates to senior management on franchise acquisition progress.

Qualifications and Skill Set:

MBA or equivalent degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are essential.
