Job Opportunity

We are seeking experienced travel professionals to act as a liaison between our company and its current and potential customers, with a focus on enhancing customer satisfaction and acquiring a dedicated clientele through exceptional customer service.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing bookings, providing product information, handling refunds and cancellations, coordinating ticket issuance, following communication scripts, and co-ordinating with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage domestic and international flight bookings, including rail services
  • Provide detailed information on travel products and services, including visa requirements, foreign exchange, and health regulations
  • Handle refund and cancellation of domestic and international air tickets
  • Coordinate the issuance of tickets, utilizing deal codes, bonus miles, and other client rewards
  • Follow established communication protocols when handling different topics
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless customer experiences
  • Assist with invoicing and recovery processes
  • Identify customer needs, research issues, and provide solutions or alternatives, while also providing relevant information and resources to travelers
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Effective communication and active listening skills
  • Proficiency in computer reservations systems, GDS systems, and e-traveling platforms
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively
  • Sound knowledge of domestic and international travel trends
  • Passionate interest in geography and strong domestic and international travel knowledge
  • Attention to detail and ability to assimilate information accurately
