Job Title

About the Role:

This is a dynamic opportunity for a seasoned finance professional to drive our company's financial growth and development. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in controllership, with experience in preparing timely and accurate financial statements in compliance with Indian GAAP / Ind-AS and applicable regulations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring proper closing of books, reconciliations, and review of ledgers, trial balances, and schedules. They will also drive the adoption of accounting best practices and oversee the implementation of new accounting standards.

In addition, the candidate will build capability within the finance function to meet future business growth. They will strengthen financial controls, standardize processes, and implement automation to enhance efficiency.

The role requires close collaboration with the Director of Finance and the Audit team to ensure seamless execution of financial plans and strategies.

Requirements:

  1. Timely preparation of financial statements.
  2. Proper closing of books, reconciliations, and review of ledgers.
  3. Adoption of accounting best practices and implementation of new accounting standards.
  4. Building capability within the finance function.
  5. Strengthening financial controls, standardizing processes, and implementing automation.
  6. Cash flow planning, fund management, and banking relationships.

Qualifications:

  • CA with 5-7 years work experience in audit, controllership (post articleship).
  • Prior controllership experience is a plus.
