Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Finance Operations Leader to lead a multi-location F&A delivery team. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for end-to-end service delivery across R2R, P2P, and I2C.

This position requires strong management skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to work with international stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering value through process optimization, automation, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage delivery of F&A services across R2R, I2C, and P2P.
  • Lead a team of professionals across multiple sites.
  • Ensure end-to-end service delivery aligned with contractual SLAs and CXO-level expectations.
  • Champion transformation initiatives leveraging technology, analytics, and process improvement.
  • Engage directly with client stakeholders and maintain executive-level relationships.
  • Drive continuous improvement using Lean Six Sigma frameworks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver on business goals.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years in Finance & Accounting operations, with strong hands-on experience in R2R (priority), P2P, and I2C.
  • Demonstrated experience managing F&A teams of 70-150 professionals.
  • Proven ability to work with international stakeholders, including cross-border clients.
  • Track record of delivering value through process optimization, automation, and innovation.
  • Proactive, agile, analytical, and results-driven mindset.
