About the Role:

  • Develop and implement global policies and systems for rewards and performance management.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels in a global setting to design and execute compensation planning strategies.
  • Analyze complex data from various sources to draw meaningful conclusions and inform business decisions.
  • Lead impactful projects and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in rewards, compensation, and performance management within a global organization.
  • Strong analytical skills and advanced level MS Excel skills.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Exceptional communication and consultative skills, both written and verbal.
