About Our Opportunity

We are seeking a talented professional to lead our planning and performance cycle in the People team.

Role Overview

The Senior Manager will be responsible for managing budgets, providing analytical insights, tracking targets and productivity, and governing financial controls.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage the Zero-Based Budgeting process ensuring policy adherence and reviews.
  • Lead the 3-Year Planning, 1-Year Planning, and other key planning cycles in the people team.
  • Design and manage manpower blueprints, organization structures, and people costs through Anaplan.
  • Provide deep analysis and recommendations on budget and blueprint breakdowns by various cuts.
  • Apply organization design principles for optimizing structure design.
  • Collaborate with the PPM and Rewards Lead to set structure, processes, and tools to measure and improve performance of key KPIs.
TSC Responsibilities:
  • Implement Target Setting and Appraisal Process in sync with global process.
  • Define tools to record and manage performance of key processes and metrics.
  • Introduce best practices for continuous improvement.
  • Drive a mindset of high performance and challenge status quo.
Qualifications

Required qualifications include an MBA from a tier 1 B-School and 3-5 years of experience in Rewards/PMO/Manpower Planning or Special Projects.

Preferred skills include strong analytical skills, excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, as well as resilience and attention to detail.
