Key Roles and Responsibilities:">

As a Transition Manager, you will be responsible for leading multiple transition waves and executing projects end-to-end. Your key goals will include completing projects within given timelines and budgets while ensuring customer satisfaction.

  • Manage active transitions as assigned.
  • Act as the customer's single point of contact (SPOC) for all questions, decisions, actions, and updates.
  • Support the project team as the first escalation point for internal and customer issues.
  • Drive governance calls and meetings for internal and customer updates.
  • Plan, conduct, and manage relevant trainings to be delivered to the transitions team.
  • Participate in or conduct assessments to gauge the training needs of the team.
  • Understand strategic business objectives of the customer and facilitate the definition of project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Participate in creating and reviewing transition solutions for RFPs/RFIs and other pre-sales support as needed.
  • Identify and define business cases; define project tasks and resource requirements; develop detailed project charters, project plans, and transition plans depending on solution complexity, priorities, and deliverables.
  • Combine process migration activities with IT implementation.
  • Give customers a distinct advantage by managing both IT and operations as vendors.
  • Optimize transition methodologies – reduce time, costs, risks, retain/improve quality.
  • Responsible for risk management – understand business and operational risks and develop and execute mitigation plans. Responsible for driving process-specific business continuity planning.
  • Responsible for creating and maintaining project management documents including status reports, project plans, knowledge transfer documentation, requisite approvals on Clarity.
  • Participate in opportunity analysis/due diligence of potential projects. Support solutioning of new bids/RFP-RFI responses/client presentations and sales cycles.
Education and Qualifications:">
