Seeking an innovative and collaborative Data Scientist to join our team in a Lead role. The ideal candidate will have expertise in leveraging data, analytics, and artificial intelligence (AI) technologies to extract insights, build predictive models, and develop AI-powered solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute end-to-end initiatives to drive business growth and process improvements.
  • Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and patterns, and interpret findings to inform strategic decisions.
  • Develop and deploy machine learning models using various techniques and tools, including Exploratory Data Analysis, Statistical Modeling, and Model Deployment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, transform them into technical plans, and implement data processing, feature engineering, model evaluation, hypothesis testing, and model deployment.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Python programming language, with experience in working with SQL and vector databases.
  • Familiarity with machine learning concepts, especially in the area of Generative AI (LLM/LMM) with a focus on Natural Language Processing (NLP) or multi-modal models.
  • Strong understanding of business requirements gathering, transforming them into technical plans, data processing, feature engineering, models evaluation, hypothesis testing, and model deployment.
  • Hands-on experience with Docker for containerization, Azure cloud resources, Databricks, and knowledge of specific DS/ML/CVGenAI/NLP libraries like NumPy, Keras, TensorFlow, PyTorch, HuggingFace, LangChain, and GenAI APIs i.e., OpenAI/Gemini.
