Business Intelligence Analyst

The role of Business Intelligence Analyst plays a vital part in constructing and maintaining an organization's data infrastructure. This position involves creating insightful analysis through Power BI and Excel.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee management and maintenance of data collection tools used by all departments.
  • Design, build, and maintain robust ETL pipelines.
  • Administrate and optimize the SQL database on Microsoft Azure.
  • Ensure high-quality, clean, and well-documented data pipelines and dataflows.
  • Implement and maintain data quality controls.
  • Manage special projects as the company expands into new areas.
Business Analysis & Insights
  • Develop and maintain interactive PBI dashboards and automated reporting tools for various teams.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis using SQL, Power BI, Python, and Excel to provide actionable insights to support decision-making.
  • Utilize Excel (including Power Query, PivotTables, advanced formulas, and macros where applicable) for ad-hoc analyses.
  • Present findings and insights to internal teams, partners, and other stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.
  • Ensure dashboards and data collection tools accurately reflect the status of the program.
  • Special projects that require data analysis for stronger business decisions.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Strong technical skills in SQL, Python, and data pipelines.
  • Ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience with Power BI and Excel is required.
  • Good understanding of data quality and control principles.
