We are seeking a seasoned marketing professional to spearhead the development and execution of our demand generation strategy.

This role requires a strategic leader with expertise in growth marketing, generative AI tools, and multi-channel campaign management.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the B2B SaaS landscape, with experience driving pipeline growth through digital and offline channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Owning the end-to-end demand generation process—strategy, planning, execution, performance analysis, and optimization.
  • Developing a scalable demand generation engine that spans inbound and outbound tactics, product-led growth, and ABM motions.
  • Tracking and optimizing key performance indicators (KPIs) such as customer acquisition cost (CAC), funnel velocity, and return on investment (ROI) using real-time dashboards and analytics platforms.
Multichannel Campaign Execution:
  • Driving pipeline growth through digital channels such as search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), email, display advertising, paid social media, community engagement, and organic social media.
  • Tailoring campaigns to persona-specific pain points and buying journeys.
  • Building and managing targeted campaigns for both new acquisition and expansion within existing accounts.
Generative AI-Driven Marketing:
  • Leveraging tools like ChatGPT, Jasper, Writer, and Copy.ai to develop and test messaging, email nurtures, landing pages, and ad copy.
  • Automating segmentation and personalization across the customer lifecycle and account-based marketing (ABM).
  • Analyzing funnel performance using AI-driven platforms.
  • Building intent models and priority qualified lead (PQL) frameworks using AI-enhanced scoring.
Full-Funnel Optimization:
  • Continuously optimizing funnel performance using data, feedback, and experimentation.
  • Running A/B testing, cohort analysis, and user experience (UX) diagnostics.
Account-Based Marketing (ABM) & Cross-Functional Programs:
  • Planning and executing ABM campaigns with partners, sales teams, and business development representatives (BDRs).
  • Delivering personalized programs for multiple buyer personas within decision committees.
Channel & Ecosystem Marketing:
  • Running co-marketing initiatives with referral/channel partners.
  • Using AI-assisted segmentation and analytics to prioritize investments.
Marketing Operations & Tech Stack:
  • Optimizing marketing automation, lead scoring, customer data platforms (CDPs), and reporting tools.
  • Integrating AI tools for operational efficiency and insight generation.
  • Managing performance reporting to leadership.

Requirements:

  • Experience in marketing enterprise SaaS solutions in regulated industries.
  • Familiarity with the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • 5-8+ years of B2B SaaS experience in demand generation and growth marketing.
  • Proven expertise with generative AI tools in marketing contexts.
  • Demonstrated success driving pipeline growth and exceeding KPI-based goals.
  • Strong command of funnel optimization and multichannel campaign strategy.
  • Familiarity with ABM, marketing operations, and pod-based experimentation.
  • Hands-on knowledge of Salesforce, Pardot, 6sense, ZoomInfo, analytics platforms, and content automation.
