Lead Data Strategist

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through data-driven solutions.

Mandatory Skills
  • Data Science: Core programming skills in Python.
  • Generative AI: Fundamental understanding and exposure to Gen AI concepts and use cases.
  • Cloud Platforms: Experience with GCP or AWS.
Nice-to-Have Skills
  • GenAI Workflows: 1 year of experience related to GenAI workflows beneficial.
  • Agentic GenAI Systems: Having 1 year of experience with agentic GenAI systems advantageous.
  • MLOps: Experience with setting up MLOps using Terraform enhances application.
Interview Process
  • Two rounds of interviews conducted for this position.

A strong focus on GenAI adoption is required across the entire company. This role is part of the Line of Business (LOB) within Ascendion.

The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in data science and team management. The role is hybrid, with 3 days of work from office (WFO).
