
Front Office/ Facility Operations Manager

Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and professional Front Office Executive/Facility Executive to manage the reception area and oversee daily operations of facilities.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Attend to visitors, clients, delegates, candidates, and vendors at the front desk.
- Redirect queries to relevant staff in a timely manner.
- Organize and maintain records for newspapers, periodicals, and magazines.
- Assist employees with meeting room bookings and cancellations.
- Address employee queries related to business services and provide speedy resolutions.
- Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of the front-desk and client area.
- Monitor first aid supplies and ensure the medical room is clean and functional.
- Coordinate daily with housekeeping/security staff and service providers.
- Manage the main telephone line to receive and route incoming calls.
- Oversee office flower decoration and aesthetics of the reception area.
- Ensure compliance with security protocols by maintaining visitor entry records.
- Coordinate with housekeeping for meeting arrangements.
- Process invoices, manage purchase orders, and coordinate with finance for vendor payments.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and demonstrate leadership capabilities.

OthersThree or more years of experience in front office management or facility operations. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Facility Management, or related field preferred.
