Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as an E-Learning Specialist. This role involves building and maintaining courses on Canvas Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring high-quality learning experiences.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain courses in Canvas LMS, aligning with instructional design specifications.
  • Develop, format, and organize content pages, HTML pages, quizzes, assignments, and documents according to design document guidelines and accessibility standards.
  • Create and manage course assets, meeting quality standards.
  • Edit content on Content Management System (CMS).
  • Conduct QA and QC reviews to ensure learning materials meet quality and accessibility standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve LMS-related issues during course setup and delivery, collaborating with relevant teams for solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure project requirements and specifications are met.
  • Deliver projects on time and ensure they meet high-quality benchmarks.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in technology.
  • 1 to 4 years of working knowledge on HTML.
  • Experience working on Canvas LMS and/or CMS is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of CSS, JS, and accessibility standards for course design.
  • Proven experience with Microsoft Office Suite and authoring tools such as Articulate 360 and H5P.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
