Expert SAP E-Invoicing Solutions Specialist

This role requires a professional with in-depth knowledge of SAP e-invoicing solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the implementation of global e-invoicing projects, ensuring compliance with regulations and delivering projects efficiently.
About the Role:
- Lead SAP e-invoicing implementation across all project phases (design, build, test, deploy, support).
- Configure SAP e-invoicing (S/4HANA, SD, FI, MM, Ariba) and ensure compliance with global regulations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and senior leaders to align solutions with business goals.
- Manage full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and vendor relationships.
- Provide coaching, training, and post go-live support to users.
Key Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in relevant discipline.
- 6–7 years SAP project experience with at least 4 years in e-invoicing.
- 8+ years in IT, with 2+ years in management/leadership roles.
- Hands-on SAP S/4HANA expertise in relevant modules.
- Strong knowledge of SAP e-invoicing processes, compliance, and best practices.
- Project management, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration abilities.
- ABAP debugging/customization (added advantage).
- Experience in change management, governance, and training end users.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, with strong time management skills.
- Flexibility to work beyond hours to resolve critical issues.
