Relationship Manager Job Description

This is a client-facing role where you will be the key point of contact for high-net-worth individuals, ensuring they receive exceptional service at every touchpoint. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong, lasting relationships with new and existing clients.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage and expand relationships with high-end clientele
  • Act as the primary contact for high-net-worth individuals, ensuring excellent service
  • Provide personalized consultations to help clients choose jewelry pieces that meet their preferences and occasions
  • Understand and convey product knowledge, including the history, craftsmanship, and materials of fine jewelry
  • Collaborate with sales and design teams to offer custom jewelry solutions
  • Handle and resolve client inquiries, concerns, or feedback in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain detailed client records to track preferences, special dates, and purchase history
  • Host private viewings and exclusive events for VIP clients
  • Stay informed of market trends and client preferences to anticipate needs and offer relevant recommendations
  • Assist in achieving sales targets by fostering client loyalty and retention
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Relationship Manager or in a client-facing role within luxury retail, hospitality, or similar industries
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first attitude
  • A keen understanding of fine jewelry or luxury goods is preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and provide a high level of attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain client records
  • Discretion and professionalism when handling high-net-worth clients
  • Proficiency in CRM software is a plus
