Senior SAP Concur Expert

The ideal candidate for this role is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in implementing and supporting SAP Concur solutions. This key position involves collaborating with clients to integrate SAP Concur modules, including Expense, Travel, and Invoice, ensuring seamless integration of business processes.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. To analyze client requirements related to travel, expense, and invoice processes, identifying areas for optimization and improvement.
  2. To configure and administer SAP Concur modules, streamlining workflows, audit rules, and reporting to enhance system performance.
  3. Supporting the integration of SAP Concur with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, Workday, or Oracle, ensuring data consistency and accuracy.
  4. Conducting thorough testing, including unit testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT), to guarantee high-quality system delivery.
  5. Providing post-implementation support and troubleshooting services to resolve issues efficiently and promptly.
Requirements:
  1. A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with SAP Concur modules, preferably with expertise in Expense, Travel, and/or Invoice.
  2. Excellent configuration and administration skills across SAP Concur modules are essential.
  3. Familiarity with integration approaches using SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI), Boomi, or APIs is necessary.
  4. Understanding of travel and expense policies, finance operations, and compliance standards, particularly VAT/GST reclaim regulations, is crucial.
  5. Ability to work independently, manage priorities effectively, and thrive in a remote environment.
  6. SAP Concur certifications or formal training are preferred; experience working with SAP FI/CO or procurement processes and exposure to Agile or Scrum methodologies is beneficial.
