We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Property Accountant to join our team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of accounting experience specifically within the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities include Financial Reporting, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Budgeting and Forecasting, General Ledger Maintenance, Compliance and Property Management Support. A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field is required along with strong analytical skills, proficiency with US/UK accounting software and excellent verbal and written communication skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial statements, managing all aspects of accounts payable and receivable, assisting in the preparation of budgets and forecasts and maintaining the general ledger.

In addition to these responsibilities, the Property Accountant will also ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards specific to the real estate industry and collaborate with property management teams to provide financial insights and support for property operations.
