Job Overview

As an HR Shared Services Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing the end-to-end employee life cycle aligned with local and regional HR policies and procedures. This position requires strong administrative skills, excellent communication abilities, and a solid understanding of HR processes.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Handle various HR operational processes with accuracy and timeliness, ensuring compliance with regional guidelines.
  • Demonstrate solid understanding and execution of HR processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Respond to and resolve employee and manager inquiries using a case management tool, ensuring high-quality service and issue resolution.
  • Prepare and deliver standard HR correspondence for both internal stakeholders and external parties.
  • Collaborate with employees, line managers, and HR business partners to support HR operations across the EU region.
  • Work closely with the wider HR community, including Centers of Excellence (COEs), to ensure cohesive and consistent service delivery.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within HR Shared Services.

Key Requirements:
  • Experience preferably in a HR Shared Services function supporting European Union.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with experience and knowledge on HRMS Platforms like SAP and/or Oracle Fusion.
  • Good IT skills, particularly MS Word, Excel, Outlook.
  • Fluent English excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong administrative ability, managing a complex and varied workload.
  • Previous experience in a front-facing customer service role and/or project experience is desirable.
  • Should be flexible to work in multiple shifts.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, can build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
