Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources Operations Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in HR operations and be proficient in Microsoft Excel.

  • The successful candidate will manage end-to-end Onboarding and employee lifecycle changes from joining to exit, including promotion, transfer, hiring, compensation change, employees personnel file maintenance & Terminations in Workday.
About the Role

This is a fixed-term contract position that requires strong analytical skills to interpret data and provide insights. The candidate will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of HR processes.

  • Responsibilities include coordinating with candidates and business for onboarding, completing Joining Formalities documents, configuring System Onboarding, analyzing data to extract meaningful insights and trends, designing PowerPoint presentations to effectively communicate data findings and recommendations, collaborating with team members to ensure data accuracy and relevance in presentations, managing tickets/Queries in Service now, Exit Management, Off boarding, Issuing relieving letters & experience letters.
  • Key responsibilities include time & Absence management and employee life cycle changes from Joining to exit.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in HR Operations.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and engage / manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and judgement.
  • Flexibility, ability to work under pressure and understands the challenges of supporting multiple stakeholders local & global.
Preferred Skills

Knowledge of ERP/Workday and proficiency in Microsoft Excel with a strong emphasis on macro are desirable skills. Excellent presentation skills using Microsoft PowerPoint are also essential.
