Our ideal candidate will excel in the role of Principal Engineer – NVH, leading a team responsible for vehicle noise, vibration, and harshness (NVH) development.

Key responsibilities include guiding vehicle benchmarking initiatives, establishing robust target settings for multiple vehicle programs, and coordinating NVH development activities throughout the development cycle.

  • The successful candidate will have comprehensive experience in vehicle NVH development, with a deep understanding of NVH requirements and solutions across various vehicle architectures.
  • They will possess expertise in applying vehicle NVH development tools and methodologies to diagnose and resolve complex NVH issues, as well as a solid grasp of vehicle NVH simulation techniques to predict and improve NVH performance early in the development cycle.
  • The ideal candidate should be well-versed with powertrain, driveline, chassis, suspension, sound packaging, and mounting systems, applying refinement expertise throughout development and benchmarking phases.

In addition to technical expertise, the successful candidate will demonstrate excellent leadership skills, including coaching and guiding teams to ensure smooth implementation of NVH suggestions while balancing constraints related to weight and cost.

A Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Design Engineering from a reputable institution is required, with an excellent academic record and relevant practical skills in dynamics, acoustics, vibration analysis, and material science.

Continuous professional development and certifications in NVH-related domains are considered advantageous.
