  • Understand customer requirements
  • Elicit, document, and prioritize functional and non-functional requirements
  • Analyze the impact of requirements on transactions and system components
  • Develop EPICs, business stories, and technical change requests
  • Work with software developers and architects to define solution designs
  • Support development, testing phases, and implementation of new features
  • Conduct demonstrations of functional enhancements to stakeholders
**Requirements:**A bachelor's degree in computer science or information systems, with relevant certifications a plus. Extensive experience in techno-functional roles specializing in airline operations or related domains. Strong analytical mindset with excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
