Job Title: Senior Technical ArchitectWe are seeking a Senior Technical Architect to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our RIB 4.0 platform.The ideal candidate will have experience in leading cross-functional teams and has a proven track record of implementing successful software solutions.Key Responsibilities:
  • Define, design, and implement new software components within the RIB 4.0 product environment.
  • Develop comprehensive solutions spanning business logic to intuitive user interface design.
  • Guide architectural decisions and ensure the scalability and maintainability of the platform.
  • Define and implement robust testing methodologies to ensure stability and reliability.
  • Conduct thorough code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.
  • Create and maintain detailed technical documentation.
  • Foster seamless collaboration with international development centers.
  • Team lead of the BIM/5D development team.
  • Mentor and coach team members fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
Requirements:
  • 8-10 years of technical leadership and team management experience.
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or a related field.
  • Strong communication skills and experience working on agile setups.
  • Servant leader builds an inclusive empowered team.
  • Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, Angular/Typescript, HTML5, AngularJS, and SQL.
  • Experience in 3D BIM data processes or data formats with focus on the construction industry.
  • Excellent teamwork flexibility customer orientation.
  • Ability to work independently with a structured quality-focused approach.
  • Strong problem-solving analytical skills.
  • Excellent English communication skills written verbal.
