As a Delivery Manager - Data & AI at Ideas2IT, you will lead multiple AI and data-driven projects, ensuring excellence in execution while aligning with business objectives. This role requires managing client relationships, driving AI adoption, and mentoring teams to achieve operational and technical excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of AI and data-driven projects, ensuring alignment with business goals, budgets, and timelines.
• Serve as the key liaison for AI and data projects, understanding client needs and delivering transformative solutions.
• Establish best practices, governance models, and AI-specific delivery frameworks to enhance efficiency and quality.
• Mentor, coach, and lead high-performing Data Scientists, AI Engineers, and Data Engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
• Identify, analyze, and mitigate project risks proactively, ensuring AI models meet ethical and performance benchmarks.
• Work closely with data teams, product management, and leadership to ensure smooth execution of AI and data initiatives.
• Stay ahead of emerging trends in AI, ML, data engineering, and cloud technologies to drive continuous improvements.
• Track project financials, optimize AI model operational costs, and ensure the profitability of data and AI engagements.
Essential Requirements:
• 20+ years with a strong background in Data Engineering, AI/ML project delivery, and enterprise AI adoption.
• Deep expertise in machine learning, data pipelines, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), and AI-driven automation.
• Proven track record of leading and scaling AI and data teams across multiple projects.
• Strong experience in managing and growing enterprise-level AI and data-driven customer accounts.
• Deep understanding of AI lifecycle, MLOps, data governance, and Agile methodologies.
• Ability to make data-driven decisions and resolve conflicts effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• AWS/Azure Data & AI certifications, PMP, SAFe Agile, or CSM certification.
