Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Auto Loan Manager to oversee the sales performance and productivity of our team.

  1. Manage Auto Loans through Car Dealers, Direct Sales Agents, and Direct Sales Teams by ensuring timely execution of sales strategies.
  2. Identify and empanel new car dealers, direct sales agents, and teams in the market to expand our customer base.
  3. Monitor and evaluate the sales performance of the team, providing constructive feedback for improvement.
  4. Conduct training sessions on product knowledge, policy updates, and market trends to ensure the team stays informed and up-to-date.
  5. Collaborate with the credit team to obtain business approvals for auto loans.
  6. Maintain a close watch on competitor products, policies, and market strategies to stay ahead in the industry.
  7. Ensure quality sourcing and a healthy portfolio by tracking channels and team performance.
