Welcome to this exciting opportunity in software testing

We are seeking a highly skilled QA Automation Tester with 7+ years of experience in Python, Selenium, and BDD frameworks (SpecFlow/Behave) for end-to-end testing of web applications, REST APIs, and integration projects in an Agile environment.

The ideal candidate will work collaboratively as part of a small Agile/Scrum team on complex projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Test Managers, Product Managers, Business Analysts, and Developers to assess test scenarios and define test requirements using risk-based testing methodology.
  • Plan and perform comprehensive end-to-end test activities including strategy, planning, execution, and reporting.
  • Covering Product Test, Integration Test, Technical Test, and Deployment Test.
  • Design and execute detailed functional test cases for complex requirements.
  • Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium with Python (BDD frameworks like SpecFlow / Python Behave).
  • Perform Web Application, Web Services, and REST API automation testing.
  • Manage defect lifecycle and ensure quality deliverables within timelines.
  • Identify process improvements and optimization opportunities in QA delivery.
  • Ensure test delivery assurance while complying with industry standard tools and frameworks.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 7+ years of QA experience (minimum 4+ years in Selenium BDD framework).
  • Strong expertise in Python for automation testing.
  • Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver, BDD (SpecFlow / Behave).
  • Experience in QA automation for Web Applications, Web Services, REST APIs.
  • Strong knowledge of SDLC and manual testing practices.
  • Skilled in test case design, execution (manual + automation), and QA methodologies.
