Data Scientist & Insights Expert Role

We are seeking a key member of our analytics division to play a pivotal role in generating insights that drive value for our clients by leveraging cutting-edge Analytics techniques.

This position requires collaboration closely with our team to deliver actionable insights and recommendations that optimize ROI and performance efficiency in operations.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Leverage data analytics and business intelligence expertise to develop solutions that conquer business problems and address technical challenges.
  • Apply statistical programming skills in SQL, Python, and other tools to create architectural foundations and services necessary for Analytics applications that scale from multi-user to enterprise-class.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative analytics solutions that meet business needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in data science and advanced analytics.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in data analytics and business intelligence.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Analytics, Statistics, or related field.
  • Proven experience in IT services industry or managed services provider environment.
  • Technical Expertise:
    • Extensive experience in data science and advanced analytics delivery teams.
    • Strong statistical programming experience in SQL, Python.
    • Experience working with large data sets and big data tools like GCP (BigQuery, VertexAI), AWS, MS Azure etc.
    • Solid knowledge in multivariate statistics, reliability models, Markov models, stochastic models, classification, regression, clustering, ensemble modeling, and more.
  • Ability to work in a global collaborative team environment.

Industry Knowledge:

Familiarity with ITIL and IT service management frameworks, service desk metrics, KPIs, data center and network management analytics, cybersecurity analytics, and reporting.
