Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in climate, resilience, or related fields.
  • Excellent liaison and networking skills to build effective relationships.
  • Proficiency in budgeting, report writing, and data analysis to manage complex projects.
  • Graduate/Master's degree preferred but not required.
  • Background in gender and women's leadership is desirable but not essential.
