Job Overview

As a hands-on AI automation specialist, you will play a pivotal role in streamlining processes, enhancing training programs, and improving access to documentation. Your expertise will help simulate real-world scenarios for role-based development and performance.

  • You will design and deploy AI agents tailored to departmental needs using Microsoft Co-Pilot.
  • Automation of business processes and knowledge access through intelligent workflows and training support tools is expected from you.
  • You are responsible for developing role-play simulations and interactive tools to assist in job-specific performance enhancement.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with department leads is essential to understand needs and identify AI automation opportunities.
  • You must create a scalable and sustainable framework for AI adoption across the organization.
  • You will serve as the subject matter expert for internal AI automation strategy and best practices.
About You

To succeed in this role, you should have 2–3+ years of experience in AI implementation, automation, and agent development.

  • A strong understanding of how AI tools can improve enterprise productivity and efficiency is necessary.
  • You should be familiar with Microsoft Co-Pilot, including prompt engineering, agent creation, and workflow automation.
  • A background in working with cross-functional teams and translating business needs into technical solutions is required.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills are expected.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Familiarity with additional AI/ML tools or platforms is a plus.
  • Prior experience driving enterprise-wide automation or digital transformation initiatives is desirable.
  • A background in process mapping or change management is an asset.
