Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Agent Integration Specialist to design and implement autonomous systems that automate complex staffing tasks and enhance platform intelligence.

The ideal candidate will leverage machine learning, NLP, and agent frameworks to create custom AI solutions that drive business outcomes.

We are looking for a talented professional who can:

  • Develop and deploy AI agents for resume parsing, dynamic candidate-job matching, predictive analytics, and recruitment workflow automation.
  • Implement NLP-driven agents to extract, classify, and analyze data from resumes, job descriptions, and communications.
  • Design seamless integrations of AI agents into our platform via APIs and microservices.
  • Collaborate with product teams to identify opportunities for agent-driven automation.
  • Optimize agent performance, scalability, and reliability within cloud environments.
Required Skills & Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in AI agent development using Python, ML frameworks (TensorFlow/PyTorch), and NLP libraries (spaCy, Hugging Face).
  • Platform integration experience: RESTful APIs, cloud services (AWS/Azure/GCP), and CI/CD pipelines.
  • A Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
