The ideal candidate for this role is an engineering graduate or postgraduate from a reputable institution with experience in software development.

As a ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM) specialist, you will collaborate closely with business stakeholders to analyze and review technical requirements, designing and implementing solutions using the ServiceNow platform.

  • Design and develop technical solutions using the ServiceNow platform, focusing on modules such as Configuration Management Database (CMDB), Change Management (CSDM), Discovery, Service Maps, Event/Alert Management, and Integration Hub.
  • Capture requirements from business stakeholders and subject matter experts through demonstrations and workshops.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to develop user stories, configurations, and deliver them on agreed timelines.
  • Configure modules, develop custom solutions as required through scripting and software development.
  • Prepare high-level designs, low-level designs, architecture designs, and technical documentations as specified.

This role requires strong technical, analytical skills, creative thinking, and a natural curiosity. The ideal candidate is highly collaborative and has a passion for tackling complex problems.
