Job Description

We are seeking a skilled software engineer to lead the development of cutting-edge AI and machine learning applications. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of Python programming, with experience in designing and implementing robust backend software solutions.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Software Design and Development: Design, develop, and implement high-quality software solutions using Python, focusing on AI and ML applications.
  • API Development: Develop and maintain scalable RESTful APIs using FastAPI or equivalent frameworks, serving AI-powered features.
  • User Interface Development: Build responsive and intuitive frontend user interfaces using React to visualize and interact with complex AI models and data.
  • Cloud Platform: Utilize the Azure cloud platform (or similar) for application development and deployment, demonstrating expertise in cloud services.
  • Generative AI Solutions: Architect and implement Generative AI solutions, including Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) systems, to enhance model capabilities.
  • LLM Integration: Work with and integrate Large Language Models (LLMs), exploring fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and optimal model selection.
  • Agentic AI Workflows: Develop and orchestrate Agentic AI workflows using frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar AI orchestration tools.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including AI Researchers and Data Scientists, to translate research into impactful solutions.

  • Has Intellectual Curiosity: Demonstrates a strong drive for continuous learning and self-improvement, particularly in the AI/ML domain.
  • Excels at Problem-Solving: Displays excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to tackle complex challenges independently.
  • Is Proficient in Python: Has strong proficiency in Python programming, with experience in developing AI/ML applications.
  • Has React Experience: Hands-on experience with React for frontend development.
  • Has Azure Experience: Expertise with Azure cloud platform (or similar) services, ideally including AI/ML services.
  • Knows API Development: In-depth knowledge of API development, preferably with FastAPI.
  • Has Generative AI Experience: Demonstrated experience or strong theoretical understanding of Generative AI concepts, LLMs, and their applications.
  • Has RAG System Experience: Familiarity with or direct experience in building RAG systems.
  • Has Agentic AI Experience: Experience with or keen interest in Agentic AI and frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar AI orchestration tools.
  • Can Communicate Effectively: Good communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Is Independent and Collaborative: Ability to work both independently and as an integral part of a collaborative team.
