AI/ML Engineer Job Opportunity

Grow Your Staff is looking for an AI/ML expert to join our team. This part-time remote position will have excellent growth opportunities and the chance to work directly with a team based in the USA.

This role requires 3-6 years of experience and offers flexible hours with reporting time around 1:30 a.m. IST. We are looking for someone who can design, build, and deploy AI/ML models for financial services applications, as well as work with Large Language Models (LLMs) to implement solutions for automation, analysis, and decision-making.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong programming skills in Python
  • Machine Learning Frameworks: Familiarity with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or similar
  • LLMs: Familiarity with OpenAI, HuggingFace, LangChain, or similar
  • Familiarity with agentic frameworks

We require a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field. The ideal candidate will have proven experience as an AI/ML engineer or a similar role and excellent communication, documentation, and collaboration skills.
