Strategic Data Science Leadership

The successful candidate will be responsible for architecting and implementing end-to-end AI/ML solutions using the latest technologies. This involves developing structured data science roadmaps, guiding teams to execute on them, and collaborating with stakeholders to design, develop, and deploy AI models.

Key responsibilities include fine-tuning and optimizing LLMs, applying Prompt Engineering and RAG for real-world applications, designing and developing Conversational AI, and managing embeddings at scale. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning, deep learning, and statistical concepts.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in a quantitative subject from a top-tier institution.
  • 10+ years of hands-on experience in applied Machine Learning, AI, and analytics.
  • Expertise in scientific programming in scripting languages like Python, R, SQL, NoSQL, Spark with ML tools & Cloud Technology (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Strong expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Data mining, and Statistical concepts.

Excellent written and spoken communication skills are essential for this role. The candidate should be able to provide technical guidance, code reviews, and performance optimization support.
