Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Analyst to join our Strategy team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis and project management, with expertise in financial systems and business processes.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Utilize internal resources to design innovative solutions that enhance operational efficiency and create monitoring frameworks.
  • Conduct thorough analyses of business trends, identify areas for growth, and provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain complex financial models to inform strategic initiatives and business plans.
  • Evaluate the financial implications of business decisions and offer recommendations to optimize financial performance.
  • Assess business and operations data to pinpoint opportunities for process improvement.

Requirements:

  • Full-time MBA in Finance
  • 1-2 years of experience (preferably in the financial services or BPM industry)
  • Strong proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis using Excel
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Effective communication and presentation skills
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Demonstrated knowledge of financial forecasting and diagnosis, corporate finance, and information analysis
