Digital Commerce Growth Leader

We lead the new business pipeline: prospecting, qualifying, pitching, & closing deals with mid to large enterprise clients.

You'll oversee a small but agile team of 3–4 members, with direct ownership of key performance indicators.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive end-to-end revenue growth across Digital Agency services (creative, media, digital marketing) & Tech services (web, app, ODC models).
  • Own the new business pipeline: prospecting, qualifying, pitching, & closing deals with mid to large enterprise clients.
  • Act as the primary face of EC in new client pitches-lead presentations, build compelling narratives, and co-create solutions with strategy, creative, and tech leads.
  • Identify cross-sell & up-sell opportunities within Cheil network accounts, while expanding relationships with new clients in BFSI, Auto, Consumer Electronics, Retail, and FMCG.

Requirements:

  • 9–15 years of experience in business development/revenue roles within digital agencies only.
  • Strong track record of winning mid-to-large deals in at least two of these verticals: BFSI, Auto, Retail, FMCG, Consumer Tech.
  • Excellent pitch craft - you can captivate an audience, tell a story, and close effectively.
