We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Net Application Support Manager. This is a full-time position that offers a 100% remote work arrangement, allowing you to work from anywhere and enjoy a great work-life balance.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 15 years of experience in .Net Core, with strong skills in C# and SQL DB. They should also possess excellent problem-solving skills, as well as proficiency in Excel and data processing/analysis using Excel.

As a key member of our team, the successful candidate will be responsible for resolving technical issues and providing timely support and assistance to client-facing employees and clients. They will perform root cause analysis to identify the underlying causes of issues, monitor all alerts related to applications, and provide proactive services.

Other responsibilities include coordinating with design and development teams to resolve complex application and system issues, documenting troubleshooting guides and FAQs, and recommending ways to optimize business performance by presenting solutions to existing challenges.

In addition to these duties, the candidate will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, developing their skills and expertise in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
