About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Finance Reporting Analyst to join our team. As a Finance Reporting Analyst, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting activities, including closing books and sub-ledgers, adjusting entries, and consolidating financials at the end of each period. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage compensation portfolios, including equity, pension, severance, and incentive compensation
  • Evaluate and post accruals and adjustments within established timelines
  • Analyze and submit reports to various stakeholders based on requirements such as US GAAP, US Regulatory, and local statutory reporting
  • Monitor changes/progress and inform senior leadership of unusual financial details
  • Maintain internal controls by building control checks into files and reviewing them during process reviews
  • Collaborate with the team to identify and implement process improvement initiatives or standardization ideas to increase productivity and efficiency

Requirements:
  • Strong accounting background, with 1-2 years of experience in Accounting Management
  • Relevant experience with Compensation accounting preferred
  • Chartered Accountant (CA), Master's in Business Administration (MBA), or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
