  • Financial Analysis:
    • Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
    • Develop and maintain financial models to support business decisions.
    • Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Reporting & Compliance:
    • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
    • Assist in the preparation of financial audits and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
    • Maintain up-to-date records in our accounting systems and ensure adherence to accounting standards.
  • Vendor & Customer Coordination:
    • Manage accounts payable and receivable by processing vendor invoices and customer payments efficiently.
    • Resolve any discrepancies or issues in a timely manner, liaising with both vendors and customers when necessary.
  • Collaboration & Continuous Improvement:
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams (ecommerce, marketing, operations) to streamline financial processes and support strategic initiatives.
    • Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within the financial operations framework.
