Job Opportunity:
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Career Development Specialist. This role will play a vital part in ensuring the seamless operation of our technical tools and systems while fostering strong relationships with our clients.
Main Responsibilities:
- Technical Support: Provide outstanding customer service by resolving inquiries and issues related to technical tools, platforms, and services.
- Subject Matter Expert: Serve as a subject matter expert for clients on operational processes, technical systems, and engineering-related queries.
- Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot technical problems and provide proactive solutions to ensure smooth client experiences.
- Onboarding and Training: Assist in the onboarding and training of clients in using technical tools and platforms.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering, operations, and customer support, to resolve technical issues.
- Analysis: Analyze client data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvements.
- Process Improvement: Help develop and implement business operations processes and workflows that enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Client Relationships: Manage client relationships, ensuring clear communication, timely issue resolution, and continuous improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills (Mandatory)
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in client services, technical support, or business operations.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong knowledge of technical systems and tools (e.g., CRM platforms, databases, software solutions).
- Problem-Solving Skills: Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with attention to detail and client satisfaction.
- Team Collaboration: Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing client relationships.
- Technical Communication: Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Business Acumen: Knowledge of business operations and a strategic mindset for process improvement.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
