Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Outbound Sales, Admission Counselling, or a related role
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills
  • Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities
  • Confident, soft-spoken, and customer-centric approach
  • Capable of adapting quickly and taking ownership of targets and tasks
