Job Title:

Lead IT Transformation Specialist

Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead and deliver cutting-edge digital transformation initiatives.

This position assumes overall responsibility for the project, ensuring seamless collaboration with technical stakeholders and client-side teams.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate closely with architects, designers, and tech leads to design and implement optimal solutions aligned with business requirements
  2. Participate in technical discussions, presenting trade-offs to client stakeholders and advocating for project goals
  3. Effectively communicate technical decisions to non-technical stakeholders
  4. Develop project plans, key performance indicators (KPIs), and processes in collaboration with stakeholders
  5. Communicate project status and structure across the Project Management team and relevant departments
  6. Ensure projects meet deadlines and stay on track
  7. Identify potential problems, suggest alternatives, and manage day-to-day project progress
  8. Conduct project reviews according to prescribed processes and structures
  9. Serve as a subject matter expert on workflow, processes, capacity, timelines, and more
  10. Participate in cross-functional teams to develop and adapt processes, policies, and workflows for improved efficiency and accuracy
  11. Ensure teams have necessary product and technical specifications, direction, and resources to deliver effectively
  12. Provide leadership and guidance to coach, motivate, and lead team members to peak performance levels
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Proven expertise in managing full project management life cycles, especially for complex IT and business initiatives
  • Deep experience in understanding functional scope, design, and technology to ensure optimal solution delivery
  • Strong ability to engage with highly technical stakeholders and explain complex topics to non-technical ones
  • Understanding of executing projects across multiple areas, such as Supply Chain, eCommerce, IoT/Embedded, Digital Twins, Cloud Infrastructure, and Industrial Operations Management
  • Knowledge of DevOps, Test Strategies, Test Automation, and allied areas like Security standards
  • Excellent analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, budgeting, project management, and planning skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated, team-oriented individual with a results-driven approach
  • Ability to work under tight project deadlines
