Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our service delivery management team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage service delivery and ensure agreed service levels are met.
  • Set up a strong governance model with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Work as a point of contact for escalation related to service delivery.
  • Lead steering committee meetings and provide updates to relevant stakeholders.
  • Responsible for people leadership, driving engagement, and motivating the team.
  • Review and approve resource planning and staffing.
  • Ensure client happiness and successful external and internal audit.
  • Help promote diversity, inclusion, and employee engagement across global teams.
  • Expand financial focus to include managing cost-to-serve ratios and driving profitability.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, operations management, or a related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
  • Relevant years of experience in outsourcing or BPO industry, with experience in senior global operations role.
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing large-scale, multi-regional service delivery teams.
  • Strong understanding of digital transformation, automation, and operational technologies.
