Job Title: Construction BIM Modeler

Key Responsibilities:

To assist the project team to deliver allocated projects, meeting project goals and deadlines.
To provide three stages of drawing work during project execution: Drawing Setup, Drawing Production, and Drawing Submission.
To support the team in drawing production and standard implementation as instructed by the project coordinator.
To support in providing direction in emerging technologies associated with CAD and Revit.
Hands-on experience in Revit MEP BIM modeling is mandatory.

Required Skills:

Expert-level knowledge of creating and editing MEP Revit Families with Parameters.
Detailed modelling for HVAC, Mechanical Electrical, PHE services with Sections, 3D views, enlarged views, Annotation, and Detailing Quantity schedules templates, Title sheet setting etc.
Performing clash analysis within services for all other services, solving clashes if any.
Preparation of Project Setup in REVIT MEP.
Creating Multiuser work sharing environment in Revit MEP.

Experience: 3 to 5 years

Qualification: BE, B Tech, Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
