About the Role

Aruvi Bakery and Sweets is seeking experienced and highly skilled
Sweet Masters
with expertise in preparing a wide range of
traditional, premium, and fusion sweets
. The ideal candidates should have strong knowledge of
ghee-based sweets, dry fruit sweets, fusion varieties, and international delicacies like Kunafa and Baklava
. This role requires the ability to handle
large-scale bulk production
while maintaining taste, quality, hygiene, and food safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare premium sweets including Ghee-based, Dry Fruit, Fusion, Kunafa, Baklava, and Modern Varieties
• Plan and execute large-scale bulk production as per business requirements
• Maintain standard recipes, consistency, and authentic taste
• Ensure strict hygiene and food safety compliance as per FSSAI guidelines
• Innovate and introduce new fusion and modern sweet varieties to match current trends
• Monitor ingredient quality and manage raw material inventory
• Supervise assistants and helpers for efficient production
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the production area

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Sweet Making (preferably in branded sweet shops or large-scale production units)
• Expertise in traditional Indian sweets and international sweets like Kunafa & Baklava
• Knowledge of modern fusion sweets and innovative dessert concepts
• Strong understanding of hygiene and food safety norms
• Ability to handle bulk production without compromising quality
• Good leadership and team management skills
• Familiarity with
  modern food production technology and equipment

Compensation & Employment

Salary: Negotiable based on experience
