Technical Leadership Role

We are seeking an experienced technical leader with a strong background in software development and team management to join our organization.

Job Description:

  • Lead and manage a team of software developers working on .NET technologies, ensuring high-quality delivery of software solutions.
  • Oversee the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), including architecture, design, coding, testing, and deployment, adhering to best practices and quality assurance processes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, product managers, and cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and project roadmaps.
  • Provide hands-on technical guidance in .NET, ASP.NET, C#, and .NET Framework to solve complex development challenges.
  • Manage resource allocation, project timelines, and deliverables while ensuring high performance and productivity within the team.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 8–12 years of software development experience with strong expertise in .NET, ASP.NET, C#, and .NET Framework.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a technical leadership/managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, and application frameworks.
  • Experience with databases (SQL Server, Oracle, or similar) and integration with .NET applications.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and mentor developers.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with .NET Core/.NET 5+ and modern frameworks.
  • Exposure to front-end technologies (Angular, React, or Vue.js).
  • Project management experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Certifications in Microsoft .NET technologies or cloud platforms.
